The Butcher's Broom is an autochthonic Mediterranean plant. It's medicinal properties have been known to treat all sorts of ailments. Physiotherapist and candy maker Zdenka Klanjac Ukić dedicated herself to studying the plant's medicinal properties and make all kinds of edible products from these bright red fruits. She also makes products from other medicinal self growing plants and forest fruits.

Attend workshops, purchase medicinal products or try food from one of three delicious menus. The estate in Veprinac - named after "Veprina" the Butcher's Broom plant, offers menus with a blend of forest fruits, medicinal plants and other home made food. Attend workshops to learn how to make a basket, or a broom, out of Butcher's Broom. Attend lectures on medicinal herbs, and go on a guided walk around Veprinac.

It is open on the weekends throughout the year for groups of up to 8 people.
