This large estate in Opatija's outskirts, in the settlement of Sveti Petar in Poljane, encompasses numerous plantations and a small family pond with playful fish, which visitors can feed.
Josip Perišić makes wine "the old way". One of the estate's most interesting attractions has to be a well preserved ancient "tornica" (an adjacent structure with an open fireplace), which was once commonly used in these parts.
The estate is open to visitors every weekend of the year.
