Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment.
Being focused means connecting with yourself, allowing yourself to be fully immersed in your own experience, whether pleasant or unpleasant, and accepting reality as it is, without the need for judgment.
Mindfulness helps develop greater awareness of your own thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations, which contributes to better management of stress and daily challenges, and significantly improves the health and quality of life of those who practise it daily.
The Mindfulness Exercises in Nature programme is designed as a combination of mindfulness exercises and walking, with the aim of improving concentration, reducing stress, and strengthening your connection with the natural environment.
Recommended equipment:
Sitting mat, sneakers, and a backpack with a snack and drink.
The number of participants is limited. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. When registering, please state the participant’s full name and mobile phone number.
