This educational workshop explores natural ways to protect the skin against harmful UV radiation, with an emphasis on skincare both from within and without. An interactive lecture covers key topics such as the effects of UV radiation on the human body, the difference between chemical and natural filters, and the importance of antioxidants in skin protection.

The practical part of the workshop includes making a face cream with natural SPF and an after-sun skincare lotion. In addition to making your own preparations, you will receive educational material with detailed information and instructions.
