The Buretić family prepares local meat specialities to secret recipes passed down from generation to generation, continuing the tradition of this area. Its main products are well-known delicacies like homemade zapešt bacon spread, cooked pršut ham and delicious sausages, but the family also offers some innovative products such as sausages with truffles, rosemary and olives, and sausages of Cres lamb and Istrian boškarin ox meat. The superb flavours of these specialities ‘made in Bregi’ have been recognised all over Croatia and in Europe.
